Multimedia Development Corporation (MDEC) facilitates the continuous skills improvement of ICT professionals in MSC Malaysia. Such enhancement is critical to enable MSC Malaysia status companies to remain globally competitive in the knowledge-based economy.
MSC Professional Enhancement Programme (PEP) is designed for working professionals in MSC Malaysia status companies. The program enables professionals to further enhance their knowledge and skill sets. Skills domain endorsed are related to industry leading tools from Microsoft, SAP, Cisco, Sun, IBM, Oracle, etc.

Programme Profile:
Duration of PEP-endorsed courses:
- Minimum 2 days.
- Course fee support, per trainee per course
- 25% of nett payable course fee or RM1,250, whichever is lower.
- Courses must be approved by MSC Malaysia KDI.
- Trainees must attempt related certification examination.
- Certification examination fee support, per trainee per exam:
- 100% of nett payable certification examination fees or RM500, whichever is lower.
- Applicant must pass the examination.
- Funding support amount excludes registration and membership fees, rebate, discount or any training grant offered by any other course providers/testing centres.
- Applying companies can send their staff to the training providers of their choice.
